For corporations who order in meals or catering services for employees or clients, Delivery.com provides an accounting program enabling corporations to more efficiently monitor the spending of its employees, prevent potential employee misuse, and seamlessly account for all food purchases, while reducing the amount of accounting resources required.
Our special ordering system allows employees to log in and order food with an Delivery.com corporate account. All matters relating to this account can be controlled by your company's specially designated administrator, who manages the creation of new users and determines employee budgets through a Delivery.com corporate administration account.
Specific Budgets and Restrictions
The administrator sets up a budget for employees and specifies the terms of use. The budget is renewable on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, and cannot be exceeded. Delivery.com prohibits users from processing a food order if they lack the available funds in their budget.
Order History and Accountability
All food orders made through Delivery.com are tracked and accounted for. Administrators will be able to generate online reports displaying the order history for their employees and how much was spent on each order.
In addition, special identification codes can be attached to each order. Each time a user orders from a restaurant, he selects from a list of identification codes. These codes are used to organize orders during the production of reports.
Most importantly, specific orders, whether single or in a batch, can be allocated to a separate client/matter number.
